But like I said in the introduction to this video, it's about Form DS-260, which is an immigrant visa form. Some of you guys who are petitioners for a relative, either your spouse, children, parents, or siblings, once your case is moved to the MVC (National Visa Center), you have to fill out the Form DS-260 on behalf of the beneficiary or the beneficiary themselves. We fill out this form in order to apply for an immigrant visa. If you've been watching the video series I've been doing regarding the immigration process, last week I talked about the Affidavit of Support forms and other supporting documents in "I Want to Process" number 16, if I'm not mistaken. And this one is going to be "I Want to Process" number 17. Now that you know you need to fill out the Affidavit of Support form, it's time to fill out the DS-260 form. One thing you need to know is that you cannot access the DS-260 form if you haven't paid the fees. There is an Affidavit of Support fee and an immigrant visa fee that you have to pay.
