Okay, so the first thing we're gonna do is gonna provide information about a parent of the applicant. So, over here, as you can see, it is the information about the father of the applicant. To provide the surname, which is the last name, the given name, which is the first name, and the date of birth. So, if you don't know any of these, all you gotta do is check "do not know." But, if you know other information, provide the information on the place of birth here, or the city and province of birth, of the father of the applicant, and then the region or whatever parent of the applicant, I mean the father of the applicant, was born. So, if your parents do not live, we have options here. Is your father still living? If he is, then provide the address on which the father of the applicant lives. So, over here, you can provide a street address, the city, the state or province, the zip code, and the region in the country where the father of the applicant lives.
