You know, sometimes I give advice to newcomers to the United States of America based on my own experience. But like I say in the introduction to this video, it's about civil documents, which are documents needed after you submit your Form DS-260, which is an immigrant visa application form. Okay, so after you submit the form, you know, of course, you have to submit some supporting documents. Okay, and those supporting documents are what is called civil documents. And you have to submit the civil documents of you, the beneficiary, the person who will get the immigrant visa to come to the United States of America. And also you, the petitioner who filed the I-130 petition for the beneficiary, gonna submit some of your documents as well. So, those documents basically are marriage certificates, birth certificates, police clearance certificate (also called PCC), adoption documents, marriage or termination documents, military records (in case you're in the military), and also prison records. Okay, you have to submit all those documents, but different cases will require different documents.
